As we progress through these initial sessions, I offer recommendations and we collaboratively chart a course aligned with your goals and needs. In our sessions, you won't find me silently staring across the room. I'm all about engaging conversations and interactive discussions. Think of our time together as a dynamic exchange, where we dive into your thoughts and feelings with the ease of a friendly chat. Just like pulling examples from your favorite movies or books, I might reference pop culture phenomena to make a point or share a relatable metaphor.   • Therapy begins with an intake process spanning the first 1-3 sessions. Here, I explore your background and reasons for seeking therapy, asking about:

    • symptoms

    • mental health history

    • social background

    • relationships

    • current life circumstances

    This comprehensive assessment aids in forming a holistic understanding of you as an individual, how your concerns have evolved, and their current impact on your life.

  • Each session is 45 minutes

  • Sessions are typically scheduled weekly.
