Fee Range: $250-350
Please contact me to discuss fees.
I offer four sliding scale or reduced fee spots based on financial need. Please feel free to inquire about the availability of these spots. If they are currently occupied or if I am unable to accommodate your needs, I am more than happy to provide you with referrals to trusted providers who also offer reduced fees. Your well-being is important to me, and I am committed to helping you find the support you need, whether it's with me or through another reputable professional.

Like most specialty providers, I am not affiliated with any insurance networks. This deliberate choice enables me to offer specialized, high-quality care without the constraints imposed by insurance companies. Opting out of network affiliations grants us more flexibility in tailoring your treatment, ensures your privacy regarding mental health services, and allows for expedited scheduling without waitlists.
However, I understand the importance of accessibility. If you have out-of-network behavioral health or mental health benefits, I'm pleased to provide you with a digital copy of a Bill of Service, commonly known as a "Superbill." This document can assist you in seeking partial reimbursement of fees from your insurance provider, making our services more accessible to you.

I suggest reaching out to the Member Services number provided on the back of your health insurance card for further assistance. To gain insight into your out-of-network benefits, consider asking the following questions:
Do my benefits include coverage for out-of-network outpatient mental health services, including telehealth?
What is the out-of-network deductible for my plan?
How much of the deductible has been met thus far this year?
Is a referral from an in-network provider necessary to access out-of-network services?
What percentage of the cost for outpatient psychotherapy sessions is covered per session?
For a 45-minute psychotherapy session (CPT code: 90834), what amount will I be reimbursed?
What is the process for submitting claim forms for reimbursement?
How long does it typically take to receive reimbursement once a claim is submitted?

If you are a minor, your parents may be legally entitled to some information about your therapy. I will discuss with you and your parents what information is appropriate for them to receive and which issues are more appropriately kept confidential. It is my policy to request an agreement from your parents that they respect your privacy and do not review your treatment records. If they agree to this, I will provide them only with general information on how your treatment is proceeding. However, if I believe there is a risk that you will seriously harm yourself or another, I am required to notify them of my concern. I may also notify them if you are engaging in risky, potentially harmful behavior. Before giving them any information, I will do my best to discuss this matter with you first and to resolve any objections you may have about what I plan to discuss with them.
